COVID-19

Good news! We are still open for business, from behind closed doors, and offering flowers for contactless delivery.

Given the changing restrictions and rapid increase in COVID-19 cases recently, please be aware that our premises are not open to the public. We are not able to offer collection of items from our workshop or able to take orders in person. 

You can order via our website 24 hours a day or  via telephone between 9am and 5pm, for delivery in Leicester/ Leicestershire. 

During this time, we will now be:

• Operating new temporary opening hours from 9am - 2pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 12pm Saturday.
• We are now able to offer Same-Day delivery of our florist choice options- order online or give us a call for last minute deliveries.
• Whilst we now have our full range of floral items available for delivery via our website, please be aware that we are still seeing some supply/ quality issues for specific flowers/ varieties and will on occasion need to make substitions to the content of a particular design. However we will always keep within the colour scheme of the chosen design and will not substitute more than 25% of content without prior consultation with the customer.
• Our contactless deliveries will take place with us ringing the bell or knocking the door, leaving flowers on the doorstep and retreating to allow the recipient to take them in. If there is no response from the recipient, we will leave the item on the doorstep and post a 'missed delivery' card through their door. We will not attempt to leave with neighbouring properties as we aim to reduce any additional risk of transmission of Covid-19 between ourselves or the recipients neighbours.
• All payments MUST be made online or over the phone prior to delivery. We cannot accept cash on delivery.
